Work: Auersberg Communications Tower

An overgrown and derelict rendition based on the Auersberg Tower in Saxony. The real tower was originally a wooden observation tower, used for forest fire monitoring, and later rebuilt with Granite stones in 1860.

This is a new version of the model re-created and textured using the previous version of the model as a starting point.

This is a model based on a real-world building, and is constructed with an open-ended driving game in mind (Driver, GTA). The model is built with modularity in mind, with back faces removed, with the idea of being aligned alongside other buildings.

An RTS Building made for the Game-Artist.net competition. Although not submitted for judging, the model retains the original triangle limit of 1500, and texture limit of 1024x512.

Train 22 was the Final Major Project I designed and worked on at University whilst in the Third Year. This small section of the environment, based on Victorian London, would form part a free-roaming city.
