I am a proactive and capable Environment Artist and Outsource Manager with over two and a half years professional experience within the games industry. My passion, commitment and hard-working nature to my job has opened up opportunities to lead environment outsource projects, resulting in 3 released titles being credited to my name so far.
I am looking to build on my previous experience and advance my career further within the games industry. I have worked on a number of platforms, over a range of art styles, and am very passionate about the work I create and manage. I have a desire to work on cutting-edge AAA games and constantly improve my skills, and bring what knowledge and expertise I have to a new role which is both challenging and rewarding.

Position: ENVIRONMENT OUTSOURCE LEAD / ENVIRONMENT ARTIST
Leading the Environment Outsource project and being the first point of contact on a daily basis, whilst maintaining art direction and quality for the duration of the outsource project.
Providing concise and high quality feedback and guidelines for all submitted assets through concept to completion.
Creating the outsource pipeline, and defining outsource and technical requirements, briefs and maintaining all relevant Outsource Documentation.
Creation of asset and global tracking documentation.
Working with the Lead Artist and Environment Lead to ensure art direction, and undertaking group and solo conference calls regarding the project with the studio Outsource Manager and other relevant parties.
Looking for work as an Environment Artist, an attending various interviews and undertaking art tests if required.
Updating portfolio with new personal work.
Identifying gaps in my skillset, then learning and working to fix them.
Utilising Unreal Engine more on all personal work to learn more advanced and new features, to improve employability.
Gormiti: The Lords Of Nature! (Wii)
Position: ENVIRONMENT OUTSOURCE LEAD / ENVIRONMENT ARTIST
Leading the Environment Outsource project and being the first point of contact on a daily basis, whilst maintaining art direction and quality for the duration of the outsource project which consisted of over 80 levels.
Providing concise and high quality feedback and critique for all submitted levels through to completion.
Working with the Lead Artist in managing the environment team in relation to the outsource work; ensuring that the critique was sufficient and concise.
Creating and maintaining Outsource Documentation and Moodboards.
Creating and taking ownership of environments from greybox to finalisation.
Environment lighting.
Prop creation, placement and composition, and LODs.
Managing the environment team during bugfixing in the post-production period.
Silent Hill: Shattered Memories (Wii, PSP, PS2)
Position: ENVIRONMENT ARTIST / OUTSOURCE MANAGER
Working in a team of artists on a large-scale outsource project over all the 3 SKUs, working with external producers and lead artists to maintain art direction and quality for the duration of my time on the project.
Providing concise and high quality feedback and critique for all submitted levels through to completion.
